What is Void Marriage? Batil Nikah Examples | No Rights

*What is Void Marriage - Batil Nikah?*
Batil Nikah or Void Marriage is a marriage that is void from the very beginning. It means that one of the fundamental pillars (Arkan) or essential conditions of Nikah is missing, or there is such a legal impediment (Mani') that Shariah does not recognize it as a marriage at all. Therefore, it is not considered a marriage in the eyes of law.
It is called *Void ab initio - No legal existence.*
