🟢 How to Get Green Property Certificate?
Visit your Arazi (Land Record) Center
Submit application with approx Rs. 950 fee
Authorities verify your ownership & possession
Field team may inspect your property
Your case is published for 15 days (public objections)
If no objection → Certificate is issued
📌 Important Reality Check:
This system is being introduced in phases
In many areas, registry + existing record is still valid
